The firm is seeking lawyers with 3 to 7 years of complex litigation experience. The ideal candidate is a top 30 law school graduate and coming from AM100 firm. Successful candidates are good strategists, capable of handling all aspects of cases independently, and have excellent writing, analytical, research, and communication skills. Qualifications:
- Am100 candidates are strongly preferred for Complex Commercial and Employment Litigation positions.
- Candidates from both Am100 law firms and T30 law schools (per U.S. News Best Law Schools ranking) are a bonus.
- All Partners and Associates are expected to work in-office 3x per week – no exceptions.
- Employment Litigation candidates should have between 3 to 7 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Complex Commercial Litigation candidates should have 2 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Our associates are given substantial responsibility and take ownership of their cases. For all positions, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a creative thinker, and excited about gaining hands-on litigation experience.

- Annual performance-based salary increases + bonuses
- We have no billable hour requirement to be bonus or raise eligible. Most associates bill between 1900-2100 hours per year.
